RATES

At Alliance Business Solutions, we understand that administrative requirements can vary from one business to another.  We offer our clients professional business support services at competitive rates, and structure our fees to suit your needs.

Hourly Rate

Our hourly rate is ideal for businesses that require occasional business support services.  A minimum of 2 hours will be charged for work carried out on an hourly basis.

Retainer Plans

For clients who require services on an ongoing basis, we offer monthly retainer plans to accommodate your needs.  We're here to ensure your business has the right support to grow and succeed; so please let us know if your needs differ from our Retainer Plans - I'm sure we can work something out.

          Plan I:    15 hours/month at 5% discount

          Plan II:   25 hours/month at 8% discount

          Plan III:  40 hours/month at 10% discount

Unused time on Retainer Plans is non-refundable, and cannot be carried over into the next month.

Special Projects

Quotes for special projects will be presented based on the complexity of each project and the estimated time to completion.  All foreseable related expenses will be included in the estimate, and final billing will reflect the actual time and materials incurred.

Disbursements

All expenses are billed separately, at cost.  These expenses include, but are not limited to long distance telephone calls and faxes, printing, photocopies, postage, courier/delivery, special supplies, travel expenses, and any 3rd party products and services deemed necessary to carry-out a project.

Terms and Conditions

All rates for Hourly and Retainer Plans are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable taxes.  Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and are payable upon receipt.  Special Projects require a 50% deposit at contract signing, with the balance payable upon completion of the project.  Billing is calculated in 15 minute increments, and invoices are sent by email.

All client requirements will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.  Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated in writing, and may be subject to a change in fees.
