RATES
At Alliance Business Solutions, we understand that support requirements can vary from one business to another, so we structure our fees to suit your needs.
We offer flexible monthly retainer plans, starting with a minimum of 5 hours. Retainer plans ensure a dedicated number of hours to your work, and the plan can be adjusted as your business grows. Contact us for a free consultation to determine your business support needs.
Disbursements
All out-of-pocket expenses are billed separately, at cost. These expenses include, but are not limited to long distance telephone calls and faxes, printing, photocopies, delivery, travel expenses, and any 3rd party products and services deemed necessary to carry-out the work agreed-upon.
Terms and Conditions
All client requirements are confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated in writing, and may be subject to a change in fees.
All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable taxes. Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and are payable upon receipt. Time is calculated and billed in 15 minute increments, and invoices are sent by email.
